Cipher would like to welcome three new Associates to the team: Mr Ryan Morris, Mr Peter Roles and Mr Tan Ee. All three have extensive experience in the petroleum business, and the addition of their skills significantly widens the scope of Cipher’s expertise to include hydrogeology (Ryan Morris), conventional and unconventional petroleum engineering (Peter Roles) and economic modeling (Tan Ee).
Peter brings a wealth of experience from the engineering side of both conventional and unconventional oil and gas. He has overseen the of drilling programs for numerous projects as well as managing the Arrow Energy coal seam gas fields in Moranbah (Bowen Basin) and near Dalby (Surat Basin). Ryan knows water. Especially subsurface water and anyone who has worked in coal seam gas, knows that understanding basin and reservoir hydrology is critical. Not only is the volume of co-produced water essential for planning purposes, from a regulator perspective it is fundamental.

Tan Ee has worked as a financial analyst in a variety of companies over the last 10 yrs. In particular, he did economic analysis for Arrow Energy for green-field coal seam gas prospects to focus funds for best impact.
